Franklin

Westhaven is one of Middle Tennessee’s premier luxury communities — where developments and custom builds deliberately leave generous roof volumes, walk-up attics, and expansion rooms for future finishing. AG Construction TN specializes in converting that builder-intended space into primary suites, theater rooms, guest quarters, and home offices. Licensed TN GC #76500, fully permitted through Williamson County.

Benefits

Westhaven homes were built with conversion potential — walk-up attics, framed third floors, and expansion rooms designed by the builder for future finishing
We handle all permitting through the City of Franklin's 2025 zoning ordinance, including ADU applications for eligible Westhaven parcels

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Aaron and his team were so great to work with. We had to have put whole downstairs redone after flooding and Aaron was professional, had to deal with my terrible insurance people and got it done and quick as they could for us. Highly recommend Aaron for your home construction needs!
